very friendly and heart- warming staffs. Though I didn't reserve pick us up service, just told that we would arrive at about 9:00 by sleeping train, the hotel transfer staff was waitining for us. It was very suprising. And, they serves very great breakfast. not so much variety, amount, but very good taste, I have never eaten such a nice mozzarella cheese and focaccias. The room is also good, traditional sassi style, but stylish designed. The room we stayed was not expensive, but it is enough even for honeymoon.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel and we loved it. Very special, unusual and magical. We were well treated and their breakfast was beyond. This was part of our honeymoon and it was a very romantic place.

It was magical - as close to heaven as one could imagine - and the breakfast!! Chocolate cake, bruschette, fresh peaches... The staff was lovely - friendly, informed and professional. The linens crisp; the bath by Starck - doesn't get better than this. The architect/designer has treated these sassi with respect and integrity. You have every modern comfort, yet nothing intrudes, or imposes on their history. We'll be back.
